​Bartosz Dworak was born on the 11-th of April 1988 in Dabrowa Tarnowska town. At the age of 6 he started his music education at I.J. Paderewski Panstwowa Szkola Muzyczna in Tarnow city. In 2013 he graduated from K. Szymanowski Music Academy under leadership of violinist Dr Henryk Gembalski. He established a music quartet signed with his name (“Bartosz Dworak Quartet”). He is also a co – founder of an electric quartet “Sandwich On The Floor”.

His achievements are:

- First prize in soloist category at Tarnow Jazz Contest 2011

- “Personality of region” prize at Tarnow Jazz Contest 2012

- along with Sandwich On The Floor band – finalist of Bielska Zadymka Jazzowa in 2013

- with “Bartosz Dworak Quartet” - distinction in band open category at Tarnow Jazz Contest 2013

- along with “BDQ” winner of Grand Prix at 37-th Jazz Juniors Festival 2013 - Grand Prix of LOTOS Competition at 16 th Bielska Zadymka Jazzowa 2014

Bartosz Dworak feels comfortable in a variety of music styles, therefore he has been and continues to participate in many different music stylistic projects. He has been working as an instrumentalist for Witkacy Theatre in Zakopane since 2007. He joined music group “Mango Collective”(Hip-hop, soul) in 2008. He has been a member of Klezzmates music group (klezmer, jazz, world music) since 2012.
