Bassist, graduate of the Jazz Department at the Chopin Music School in Warsaw and the Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland. Kapczuk’s projects have been awarded numerous awards in Poland and abroad. His individual mentions and awards include “Tarnów Jazz Contest 2008″, “Krokus Jazz Festival Jelenia Góra 2009″ and “Jazz Nad Odrą Wrocław 2010″. He is the recipiend of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage’s „Young Poland” grant. Kapczuk performed in various prestigious festivals in Poland as well as France, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Germany and Canada.
